Course Description:
In this Team Meeting, Dr. Kwiecien focuses on "watching treatment" and how best to handle it in the practice and in conversations with patients. Teams learn the importance of knowing "what are we waiting for" when the topic of holding off treatment is brought up with patients, how to diffuse conflict, and create value for the process.
