In order to successfully navigate unexpected situations in and around the OMS practice, all team members must be adequately trained to respond appropriately. This session will review disaster mitigation strategies as well as techniques to improve team responsiveness to OMS office emergencies.
Learning Objectives:
At the conclusion of this program, participants should be able to:
• Identify barriers to effective management of emergencies in the OMS practice.
• Examine strategies to improve team performance during emergency scenarios.
• Develop office emergency preparedness plans and implement team training strategies.
