Treatment Goals and Palliative Medicine in Pulmonary Arterial Hypertension is organized by Cleveland Clinic Foundation and would be held during Jun 29, 2016 - Jun 29, 2018.

Course Objectives are :
• Describe the goals of an outpatient palliative care (PC) intervention.
• Review the benefits and challenges of an outpatient PC intervention, as reported by patients and their family members.
• Explain how to implement a similar PC outpatient program among patients with pulmonary hypertension and their families.
• Review current treatment goals, recommended schedule, and patient specific goals.
