Target Audience

• Recognize findings that indicate the presence of early diabetic retinopathy.
• Differentiate among antivascular endothelial growth factor therapies used to treat diabetic retinopathy.
• Outline strategies to facilitate adherence to regular eye exams and recommended treatment among patients with, or at risk for, diabetic retinopathy.
