Description:
This 1.0 hour CE course highlights the CDC’s statistics on the prevalence of diabetes related Diabetic Foot Ulcerwounds, morbidity and mortality rates and the financial burden on the US healthcare system. In addition, the CDC Diabetes Fact Sheet 2011 reaffirms the value of specialized wound care of the lower extremity as it relates to amputation prevention success.
