In this training, the focus will be on the collaboration, encouragement and support for the professional to be aware of how clients make change and provide services to assist change. It is different for everyone.  Change can be an immediate or long term process and discussion will be on short term goals and how they relate to long term goals. Some obstacles may be uncertainty, stubbornness, fear, and denial. It takes hard work and dedication on the client’s part and we will address some of the challenges and mistakes we as counselors make when we have discouraged clients.

Additional details will be posted as soon as information is available.
