The modern care of patients who suffer from challenging clinical spine-related problems requires a multidisciplinary team. The Spino-Plastics Reconstruction Conference provides spine surgeons from both the neurosurgery and orthopedic care team members and plastic surgeons the newest advances and innovations in spinal surgery, along with the pedicled bone grafting, free tissue transfer, allograft and autograft arthrodesis and newer spino-plastics frontiers.

The most advanced in procedural spine surgery and plastic surgery technologies will be exhibited through case-based and panel discussions. This meeting will support the freshest knowledge, techniques, research, and education to those attending, which will enable those in attendance to bring this information back to their practice groups and/or departments to disseminate. The meeting will aid open collaboration between plastic surgeons and spine surgeons to better address the needs of our patients.

Course Objectives:
• Recognize the shortcomings of prevailing techniques in spinal fusion.
• Examine the latest surgical techniques in the management of revision spine surgery patients.
• Define developing management strategies and controversies, along with cervical, thoracic, and lumbar spine indications.
• Use knowledge gained to improve wound infection and complication rates after spine surgery procedures.
