Special Considerations when Managing Lower Urinary Tract Disorders in the Male Patient is organized by Wound Ostomy and Continence Nurses Society (WOCN) and will be held during Nov 02, 2017 - Nov 02, 2020.

The target audience for this medical event is RN, Nurse Practitioners, Health Care Professionals who work with WOC patients. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 1.07 Contact Hours.

Course Description:
Because of its epidemiological prevalence in women, much of the educational and related resources are aimed at female patients, while the majority of resources for men is focused on prostatic enlargement as the cause of lower urinary tract symptoms. This presentation will focus on education and conservative management of men with lower urinary tract symptoms including stress and urge urinary incontinence and urinary retention.

Course Objectives are:
Upon successful completion of this session, you will be able to apply principles of conservative interventions for lower urinary tract symptoms in men.
