While the actual prevalence of sexual harassment is unknown, the US Department of Equal Opportunity Employment Commission (EEOC) estimates that anywhere between 25 – 85% of women have been sexually harassed in the workplace. This webinar focuses on the responsibility of every employee to prevent sexual harassment.

Learning Outcomes:

• Discuss behaviors that may be construed as sexual harassment.
• Explore the role each employee has in recognizing, reporting and preventing sexual harassment.
• Identify strategies to promote a healthy work environment free of sexual harassment.
