Rehabilitation 205: The Cervical Spine Course is organized by CCEDSeminars.

Course Description: 
Exercises to improve cervical spine strength, flexibility and motion are necessary for lifelong spinal health. Cervical spine dysfunction and improper posture are both sources of painful performance-limiting conditions a result of these conditions. This two-hour class contains a detailed description of cervical spine anatomy and physiology. The course covers a spectrum of exercises to strengthen and stretch the cervical spine. This program describes in-depth patient education strategies for the prevention and rehabilitation of the cervical spine.
