Learning Objectives:
• Implement a PQI project that enables non-punitive peer review.
• Identify peer review data that is suitable for a PQI project.
• Perform a gap analysis of his/her own peer review data.
• Formulate a practical plan to achieve performance improvement and monitor improvement.
