Description:
This course will dissect the complex topic of precision medicine. Learners will come away with a better understanding of dose-dense chemotherapy and deciphering the enigma of breast cancers, DNA mutations and mapping these mutations to targeted chemotherapies. In precision medicine, molecular biology and the genetic profile of a person should determine optimal treatment. What does this mean and how does this rationale change the doctor-patient relationship?
