Pediatric Obesity : A Practitioners Guide to a Community Problem is organized by Pri-Med and would be held during Feb 11, 2015 - Feb 11, 2018. The target audience for this medical event basically for Pediatricians.
This CME Conference has been approved with a maximum of 0.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits. This program will review the epidemiology and etiology of obesity in childhood. Participants will be able to discuss behaviors within the family that can reduce the risk of obesity as well as discuss community based strategies for childhood obesity.
Learning Objectives are :
• Describe the etiology and epidemiology of obesity among children in the US.
• Discuss behaviors that can be adopted by children and family members that may reduce the risk of obesity.
• Articulate a strategy for effecting community-based solutions to obesity.
