• Outline the relationship between pediatric malnutrition and clinical outcomes including hospital length of stay and readmissions.
• Describe the techniques in performing a nutrition-focused physical examination in the pediatric patient.
• Apply pediatric malnutrition indicators in selected patient cases and discuss documentation and coding implications.
