Overview:
Faculty Development supports medical educators as they train the next generation of physicians to serve our communities. Effective teaching of medical students and learners requires both expertise in content and expertise in teaching strategies for our 21st-century learners.
Objectives:
• Recognize what behaviors and actions constitute “mistreatment."
• Identify the scope of the issue of mistreatment in resident education.
• Discuss how to handle occurrences of mistreatment in your practice and program.
