Description:
Older adults are becoming an increasingly larger percentage of the world population and have needs. The class focuses on a comprehensive geriatric assessment, communication techniques, polypharmacy assessment, screening tools with treatments and nursing interventions for the complexity of overlapping health issues with the goal of increasing not only the life span but the "health span" of the older adult population.
