Course Overview:
Nonmelanoma skin cancers (NMSC) are increasing in incidence in the United States and globally, but recent advances provide increasingly more opportunities for clinicians to develop treatment plans that take their patients’ unique needs into consideration. Dermatologists and oncologists can work together to provide optimal treatment for patients.

This dynamic webcast gives dermatologists and oncologists the latest guidelines on identification of NMSC, and new information on current and future advancements in treatment.

Educational Objectives:
After completing this activity, the participant should be better able to:

• Describe factors contributing to the increasing incidence of BCC and CSCC
• Develop strategies to improve screening for NMSC in immunosuppressed and other patients at elevated risk
• Evaluate safety and efficacy data for medications available or in late-stage development for patients with aggressive BCC or CSCC.
