Negative Pressure Wound Therapy with Instillation in Complex, Infected Wounds is organized by North American Center for Continuing Medical Education (NACCME) and will be held during May 10, 2017 - Nov 30, 2018.

Course Objectives:
After completing this activity, participants should be able to:
• Recognize the clinical and economic burden of infected wounds
• Analyze the role of NPWT-I for the treatment of traumatic, complex and infected wounds
• Evaluate outcomes of a protocol of care using NPWTI-d to manage patients with traumatic wounds and postoperative wound infection
• Review cases in which systemic antibiotics, mechanical wound debridement, and NPWTi-d were used to manage complex wounds
