Multifactorial Risk Assessments and Evidence-based Intervention to Address Falls in Primary Care is organized by University of North Texas (UNT) Health Science Center Continuing Education and will be held during Nov 23, 2016 - Nov 23, 2018.

The target audience for this medical event is physicians, physician assistants, nurse practitioners, nurses and social workers. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 1.20 Contact Hours.

Conference Objectives are :
• Discuss the importance of falls and fall prevention.
• List modifiable risk factors for falls.
• Name 3 assessments for gait and balance and how they are performed.
• Identify appropriate and evidenced based interventions to decrease fall risk.
