OVERVIEW

Miracle of Mind - Impact of Meditation on Mental Health is organized by Isha Foundation.
While meditation has long been practices in many regions, its popularity has recently been gaining momentum in the western hemisphere. There is an ongoing debate whether the anxiolytic effects of meditation are genuine or just hype. In this module, Miracle of Mind – Impact of Meditation on Mental Health, we will be discussing scientific data supporting why the perceived beneficial effects of meditation are genuine and how this simple lifestyle intervention can improve psychological outcomes for both healthcare providers and patients. This module also includes an experiential component – a meditation session.
