  • Define the concept of microaggressions and their link to chronic stress, contextualizing their role in perpetuating racism.
  • Describe effects of microaggressions on health behaviors and health outcomes.
  • Describe potential impacts of microaggressions on workplace climates in healthcare and health professions education and discuss how microaggressions can be reduced or eliminated.
