This course is designed to provide a general understanding on skilled care and hospice care in a skilled facility

Learning Objectives:
At the end of this course the learner should be able to:
• The learner will identify some of the key factors related to Medicare & Medicaid reimbursement for hospice services in a facility
• The learner will be able to define and implement a few tips on how to set up a patient in need of hospice service for reimbursement; 
• The learner will be able to list 5 things Medicare will not cover on a hospice patient in a skilled facility.
