Objectives:
Lower Extremity MSK Ultrasound Protocols Training Video is designed to provide a live demonstration of standard protocols utilized to evaluate the hip, knee, and ankle/foot. The demonstrations are presented using a picture and picture format allowing the participant to simultaneously view the transducer position and ultrasound image.

Topics:

  • Normal ultrasound anatomy and protocols for the knee, and ankle/foot
  • Normal ultrasound characteristics for the knee, and ankle/foot

Objectives: 

  • Increase the participants' knowledge to better perform and/or interpret MSK ultrasound examinations
  • Implement techniques and protocols for performing knee, and ankle/foot ultrasound examinations
  • Identify normal anatomy during lower extremity MSK imaging.
