Course Description:
Crowns and veneers are trusted restorative procedures that can make a big impact on a patient’s self-esteem and emotional wellness, but for restorative doctors there are many factors to considered for a desired outcome that mimics natural tooth structure. In this course, Dr. Winter covers the fundamentals of indirect restoration armamentarium, material options and fabrication techniques. Review the instrumentation needed to prep indirect restorations including electric handpieces and depth limiting burs. Learn the material and fabrication options for partial and full-coverage restorations that influence tooth preparation design decisions. Essential information clinicians need to know to direct dental labs.
