Activity Description and Educational Objectives
In this activity, an expert in neurology discusses the diagnosis of episodic or chronic migraine, as well as data on available and emerging therapeutic treatment options for migraine treatment and prevention.

Upon completion of this activity, participants should be better able to:
• Employ available tools and established criteria to accurately diagnose patients with episodic or chronic migraine
• Use available therapies for the acute treatment and prevention of episodic and chronic migraine
• Analyze available data on emerging therapies for the acute treatment of migraine
• Recognize the potential impact that novel therapies may have on the acute treatment of migraine
• Assess key data on the efficacy, safety, and tolerability of emerging therapies for episodic and chronic migraine prevention
• Identify the potential implications of novel therapies on the future of episodic and chronic migraine prevention
