Head and Neck Imaging 2020 is organized by Infomed Research & Training Limited and will be held from Dec 09 - 10, 2020. This Course has been approved for a maximum of 12 CPD Points.

Description:
A two day fully interactive case-based webinar on interpretation and reporting of Head and Neck Imaging. Attendees will be provided with individual, secure access to the cases and advanced image viewing PACS software so that they can simultaneously review cases with the faculty. There will be Q&As throughout the day and attendees will be able to access course recordings for revision and reflection.

Course Content:
• How to image and why (e.g. CT/MR best sequences/planes)
• Anatomy ‘refresher’
• Reporting ‘checklist’: what to look for and why
• Case by case tasked-based learning (e.g. ‘what is the T stage of this cancer?’)
• Feedback, highlighting specific learning points
• Practical case based learning, with stimulating, interactive, challenging cases covering a full range of head and neck imaging topics

• Compartmental Anatomy Overview
• Nasopharynx and Skull base
• Oral Cavity and Oropharynx
• Hypopharynx
• Larynx
• Temporal Bones
• Paranasal Sinuses
• Mixed Case Review/Quiz

By the end of the course, the delegate will have:
• a comprehensive understanding of good/best imaging interpretation practice;
• improved imaging interpretation skills;
• greater confidence in advanced practice; and the ability to know when to refer further
• identified skills and knowledge gaps, if any, relevant to his/her practice, and clear ways by which these can be addressed.
