Description:
In the first hour of this course, test your imaging acumen and clinical decision making by viewing imaging of four different cases including a 49-year-old male, a 60-year-old male, a 61-year-old man, and a 35-year-old man with shoulder pain. History is withheld.

Hour two will consist of proper terminology for disc contour changes; congenital anomalies in cervical spine radiograph series; diagnostic possibilities for 13-year-old male; and post-surgical spinal radiographic evaluation of 68-year-old male.

Hour 3 contains case management and assessment options for an uncommon clinical scenario in a case of a 71-year-old with thoracic pain; Basic Disc Disorder Terminology Part 2; evaluation of seemingly overwhelming findings on x-ray; and the case of a 33-year-old female with unexplained weight loss.

Hour 4 will consist of fundamentals of radiographic evaluation of surgical spinal fusion; reviewing the features of chronic pancreatitis in 65-year-old male; basic anatomy of the wrist and learn how to accurately diagnose and better manage Colles fracture, and review basic anatomy of the elbow as related to a radial head fracture.

Final hour 5 contains upper cervical spine injuries and how to appropriately manage them; radiological differential diagnoses for interesting x-ray finding “gold threading”; review of spondylolisthesis and principles of radiologic interpretation; and review the clinical and radiographic features of osteochondromas.
