Program Overview:
New options for more durable treatment of neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) are here, with the recent FDA approvals of faricimab, a first-in-class bispecific antibody, and the ranibizumab port delivery system, a first-of-its-kind sustained anti-vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) delivery device. This activity will feature a variety of interactive screens, visual illustrations, videos, and expert audio clips, to showcase real-life patients with nAMD who have benefited from these treatments, so retina specialists are better prepared to appropriately integrate novel therapies into clinical practice.
