Overview:
This OnDemand course provides a focused and thorough examination of the HPA Standards for Network Management (NET). Faculty will equip participants with tips for interpreting the requirements, navigating the standards, and avoiding common misconceptions. Faculty will also facilitate short activities to simulate how to address requirements.

• Explain the intent of each standard for Network Management (NET).
• Examine the management of provider networks in a comprehensive manner.
• Discuss expectations for physician and hospital directories, and their significance.
• Apply knowledge for the Assessment of Network Adequacy.
