This annual conference is sponsored by Nemours and seeks to involve clinicians from around the globe in the debate around both existing and emerging therapies and neonatal science, with the goal of providing clinicians with implementable practice change.

• Describe the ethical principles that are relevant when parents demand access to therapies with a low probability of success
• Decide whether and when to offer parents access to therapies for their child that have a low probability of success
