OVERVIEW

Ergonomics to Enhance Clinical Performance is organized by Spear Education and will be held from Jul 01, 2018 - Jul 01, 2021.

About this Course
Ergonomics is the study of people's efficiency in their working environment. The nature of dentistry brings with it many unique ergonomic challenges most of which center around working in a very small dark space, the mouth.  In spite of modern attempts to illuminate the mouth and get us sitting up straight many of our colleagues experience chronic and debilitating musculoskeletal pain and conditions. Many of these conditions can be avoided with the proper philosophy, equipment and determination. This course offers easy to implement ideas to help you take better care of your personal ergonomics.
