Diabetes Medication Stewardship for Prescribers is organized by Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine (PCRM).

Objectives:
• Describe the need for and process of diabetes medication stewardship by prescribers. 
• Identify full and partial remission to replace management as the appropriate target for type 2 diabetes. 
• Discuss best practices for the use of medications for T2DM through the lens of medication stewardship.
