Participants will be able to identify and address the complexities and frequently changing nature of the training program director position and will be provided training materials and job orientation.

Learner Objectives:
Upon completing this activity, learners should be able to:
• Identify NRMP and ERAS process, definition, and rules.
• Apply knowledge of NRMP and ERAS processes to perform recruitment and match activities.
• Identify opportunities to improve the recruitment process and increase diversity in recruitment through interview techniques and recruitment logistics.
