Learning Objectives:
At the end of this course the learner should be able to:
• he learner will be able to restate the definition of diversity and worldview and how they impact performance in the workplace.
• The learner will be able to identify at least 2 generational life stages, communication preferences, and priorities that impact the workplace.
• The learner will be able to explain how to motivate employees based on their generational preferences.
• The learner will be able to summarize how social determinants of health impact a multi-generational workforce.
