It has been a busy year for pharmacy, with the ongoing pandemic and COVID-19 vaccines taking center stage—and the holidays are just around the corner. Amidst all the stress of taking care of patients, it is important to remember to also take care of yourself!

• Identify warning signs and symptoms of stress and burnout.
• Describe how the concepts of self-care can incorporate into your daily routine.
• Practice self-care strategies.
