Overview
Communication is essential for the effective patient care and well-functioning work teams. When it comes to continuing education, nurses tend to focus on clinical skills, which is understandable. However, it is also wise to sharpen our communication skills. This program provides you with the opportunity to do just that by discussing the fundamentals of good communication, how to be a better communicator, and what to do when communication challenges occur.
