Overview:
Although the predominant clinical presentation of COVID-19 is with respiratory disease, accumulating evidence suggests cognitive and behavioral sequelae of a COVID-19 infection. Careful clinical assessment of the neurological manifestations is needed to better understand the full impact of COVID-19. During this very informative course you will hear neuropsychologist Dr. Rafael A. Rivas-Vazquez describe the relevant pathophysiology of COVID-19 and mechanisms implicated in neuropsychiatric symptoms.
