Cases With the Masters: Clinical Challenges in PsA and SpA will review several cases identifying recommendations for assessment, monitoring, and treatment of PsA as well as identifying diagnosis and treatment for patients with SpA.

Learning Objectives
• Evaluate initial diagnosis and treatment of psoriatic arthritis using the GRAPPA and EULAR guidelines.
• Highlight management issues of ongoing disease activity including enthesitis and changing treatment options in an established patient with psoriatic arthritis.
• Establish diagnosis of spondyloarthropathy and management of comborbity such as colitis in patients with back pain and GI symptoms.
