Breast Cancer Treatment Webcast by The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUMC)

Breast Cancer Treatment Webcast is organized by The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center (OSUMC) and will be held during May 26, 2017 - May 26, 2020. This CME Conference has been approved for a maximum of 1.00 AMA PRA Category 1 Credit.

Conference Objectives are :
As a result of this educational activity, webcast participants will be able to:
• REVIEW breast cancer systemic therapy approaches for early stage, locally advanced, and (briefly) metastatic breast cancer;
• REVIEW principles of survivorship;
• UNDERSTAND the current recommendations for screening and diagnosis of breast; and
• UNDERSTAND the surgical therapies for breast cancer and their consequences.

• Surgical treatment options for breast cancer
• New insights into breast cancer subtypes
• Common side effects of treatment
• The role of primary care in management of the breast cancer survivor
