This multi-faculty CME course is the first installment in a three-part series offering an in-depth exploration of bispecific antibody therapy. In this installment, participants will receive an overview of available bispecific antibodies in the treatment of hematologic malignancies and solid tumors, followed by a focused discussion on T-cell engaging bispecific antibodies, including their unique mechanism of action, FDA-approved indications, practical guidance on dosing strategies (including step-up dosing schedules), and the latest clinical data on efficacy.
Educational Objectives:
Upon completion of the educational activity, participants should be able to:
- Summarize the current clinical applications of bispecific antibodies in the treatment of patients with cancer.
- Discuss efficacy and expected outcomes with patients who are considering treatment with a bispecific antibody.
- Implement appropriate dosing and administration strategies for patients undergoing treatment with bispecific antibodies in the inpatient and outpatient settings.
