Course Overview:
Atopic dermatitis (AD) can affect people of any age and can vary in severity from nonlesional to severe. Symptoms of AD have a vital negative impact on patients’ overall quality of life. In recent years, basic analysis has exposed many aspects of the complex, multifactorial inflammatory process that holds this burdensome disease. Processes concerning the pathophysiology of the immune response have led, in turn, to experience distinct potential targets for AD therapies.
