Methods to help your preceptee develop delegation skills are presented in this course.

Goal and Learning Outcomes:
The goal of this course is to equip nurses in the ambulatory care setting with knowledge associated with the principles of delegation and the role teamwork plays in effective delegation.

• Identify outcomes of optimal and suboptimal delegation and teamwork.
• Choose methods for developing others’ delegation skills.
