Returns/Refund Policy
Meetings By Mail is proud to have a 100% satisfaction guarantee on all programs.  If you are not satisfied with the program you purchased, please note our time limit for refunds under this policy is 45 days from the date of delivery.  If you would like to return an online streaming product, please contact us at support@emedevents.com to remove it from your account and initiate the refund.  If you intend to return a USB Flash Drive or DVD-ROM, you must ship it back to the address below in order to receive a refund.  Refunds of non-defective orders totaling $1,500 or more will be subject to a 20% processing fee.  If you have already applied for CME credit for a program, a refund cannot be provided.

If you believe the product you ordered is defective, please contact us via email support@emedevents.com or phone 1(800) 828-2059. If we cannot provide a solution remotely, ship the defective product back to us and we will exchange it for a working copy immediately or provide a refund.
