As a nurse, there are boundless opportunities for you to give presentations or in-service training, so being able to give an effective presentation is an essential skill. To advance within any practice setting, nurses need to be able to communicate their knowledge, ideas, opinions and plans. This educational activity will provide key elements for planning interesting and effective presentations as well as tips on managing nervousness often associated with public speaking.
