Description:
Preceptor Bites, a GA AHEC Network initiative, is a faculty development webinar series. The GA AHEC Network responded to feedback from focus groups in the 2020 Primary Care Summit, which indicated preceptors wanted more faculty development opportunities, by creating this series.

Objectives:
At the conclusion of this activity, learners will be able to:
Assess your current healthcare environment and determine if your culture supports the team
Demonstrate strategies to enhance team-based care within your healthcare organization
Illustrate a team-based care model that best supports your patients.
