Course Description:
This case based didactic course reviews essential diagnostic features of sarcomatoid carcinoma of the prostate in an image-intensive presentation. It reviews the epidemiology, histologic and immunophenotypic criteria, and differential diagnosis of sarcomatoid carcinoma.

• Light microscopic and immunohistochemical features of sarcomatoid carcinoma of the prostate.
• Epidemiology and natural history of prostatic sarcomatoid carcinoma.
• Differential diagnosis of prostatic sarcomatoid carcinoma.
