Resource optimization often requires companies to work with multiple vendors to fulfill company obligations across all of drug development from manufacturing to clinical study conduct and oversight to submission preparation and product distribution. Vendors that do not meet appropriate standards can cost the company hundreds of thousands of dollars and months of lost time.
