Recently, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has moved its “Patients Over Paperwork” initiative forward. Part of that process involved a revision in the documentation required to support the use of CPT Evaluation and Management (E/M) Codes. This webinar, presented by Nathan Kennedy from National Government Services, will provide an important update on required documentation and guidance on the use of the revised code set.
