Part 3: Current Understanding of PTSD, Cannabis Use and Health

*Meets State of Michigan licensing requirements for pain and symptom management

Dr. Bohnert focuses on cannabis use and mental health, with specific emphasis on the development of cannabis use disorder and the intersection of cannabis use and PTSD.

Medical and recreational marijuana are legal in Michigan. Marijuana is a Schedule 1 drug with no currently accepted medical use per the DEA. This 5-part series addresses current cannabis controversies in medicine, pharmacology, toxicology, psychology, politics and ethics.
