Description:
This program provides therapists with guidance on how to respond to ethics complaints and includes advice on minimizing risk with the goal of avoiding the complaint process altogether. In addition, the course discusses professional disclosure statements and the importance of informing clients about the nature and boundaries of the counseling relationship.
